xml plugin, won't import

hi.. i tried importing xmltv file into snapstream, but the epg showed nothing, (auto update is disabled)

Hello,

Many things to check :

* Does the Importer runs correctly?
* Does the Beyond TV Log shows that import was successfull (go to Web Admin http://localhost:8129 and click on "View Logs")?
* Have you assigned the new imported line-ups to your video source?

how do i assing the new imported line ups to my video source?

btw when i try to change the channel i get "changing a channel will stop recordings please select a recoding to stop

In Web Admin (http://localhost:8129) and go to "Settings" / "Audio & Video Inputs", choose the video source to assign the lineup by clicking "Edit Settings" and you'll find a drop down list "Channel Lineup".

You should read How to use it? and the FAQ (http://www.lmgestion.net/@en-us/4/22/20/article.asp) for more suggestions and informations.

And regarding your channel changin problem be sure to use the latest version of Beyond TV (3.7.4) and if the issue persists please send a support request to SnapStream.
