Greetings,
I've seen people post comments about EPG inaccuracies. If someone from Snapstream responds, they usually ask for a list of these given inaccuracies.
What I think might be a good idea is build in this feedback system into the BTV UI. This way if I am watching a recorded show which turned out to be something other than I was expecting, I can be a few button presses away from having this information submitted to Snapstream which they can forward to their data provider.
The UI could give the user the option to fill out what was really being played during this time. It would be a good idea to get user feedback about what was actually playing during the given time slot - so if more than one user for a particular cable/satellite provider gives the same information it can be forwarded off to the data provider. This would help filter out the noise since cases reported to the data provider would need at least two user reports.
