gpf from snapstream

I have been trying to get Snapstream to work for a few days now on a P900 128mb V33000.
I have a Hauppauge Win-TV card. Windows 98se Media player7 etc etc. I cant get Snapstream (latest beta) to show me a picture! It records a diagnostic but with no image! Can you suggest some "default" settings to try cause I'm getting a bit stuck here. I reckon my setup is "plain vanilla" and should be OK but whilst Snapstream looks like a great product on paper it seems to need a bit of work yet http://discuss.snapstream.com/ubb/smile.gif

What is the nature of the no image? And what encoding method are you using?

Be sure to run the setup wizard and select the appropriate video source for your TV card (typically tuner).

I must apologise....its not a GPF its a page fault. I have uninstalled the Snapstream program and cleaned the registry but on re-installing both the debug and standard versions produce the fault. I will re-download and re-install tonite and come back if the problems persist. Thanks for the interest.
