Setup wizard not responding to video source input

Does anyone have same problem or fix? Go to use the first time setup wizard and when I go to click the video source or video format buttons, it won't bring anything up at all. I have the latest windows encoder installed and still won't work.

what video card, what operating system are you running?

I have the hauppauge wintv card and am running win98. 192mg memory and an ati expert 98 with the latest drivers updated.

Can you try waiting a bit longer after you click on the buttons to see if it works? I've noticed that some cards will seem to hang in the same situation you're describing, but they do actually succeed in bringing up the source/format windows after a short while.
