Hi,

Snap stream has sure improved in this beta its great. I have come accross one problem, however. This morning I had it record two news programs (this week and late edition). The first one recorded without a hitch. The second one recorded correctly but then was not correctly renamed so it doesn't show up in the watch list. Here's what the activity log says happened. I should note that the first program ends right as the second one starts. But the first one renames correctly. The second one has no competition.

[10/22/2000 10:31:23] No .wmv files found in D:\shows.

15 minutes later nothing new in the activity list and late edition does not show up in the watch list.

Any ideas?
thanks

Um, ignore what I said before. It did eventually show up. about 20 minutes after the show ended.

Sorry about that.
Guess I was too impatient.
My bad.

20 minutes seems to be a bit slow, but I'm glad it worked itself out.

We'll try to figure out what caused the slowdown on your system. We did implement some code in the last beta to pace the indexing rate of newly recorded shows so that the system doesn't bog down or choke while a file is being post-processed. That might have something to do with it.
