Recording wrong channel!

I went out and bought a WinTV Go! card in an attempt to get this working and hey presto, it works like a dream... almost.

While I have successfully recorded video using the timer and the "record now" option, Snapstream has a problem switching channels. For example, I record something successfully from channel 1, but when I try to record channel 3 it will still record channel 1. Is this a common problem?

Make sure you select AVICap as your capture interface and Hauppauge Win/TV drivers as your Tuning Interface.

Alternatively, you can try downloading the WDM drivers for Hauppauge's PCI cards from their website and switch the capture and tuning interfaces in SnapStream PVS to DirectShow. We are currently testing this configuration in-house and, initially, it appears to work correctly.
