Hello,
I've got a quick question concerning recording on the SnapStream program. I used the setup wizard to select what mode of the TV I wanted it to use, but it seems like the selection doesn't register. When I record things, snapstream gets the video from the video input of my tuner card. I verified this (first I was suspicious because of it recording a blue screen) by turning on the video game console hooked up to my tuner card. Sure enough it recorded the video game. So how do I get it to record from the cable input? Thanks for any suggestions!

System: P200 mmx, 64mb ram, TV Tuner Card: Video decoding using the brooktree bt848 chipset - stereo tv chipset phillips TEA5582.

Phil,

I haven't any idea why the video setting doesn't save correctly for you. Does the same problem occur when capturing with Windows Media Encoder or another program?

Thanks for the reply, but tech support recently sent me some info on my problem. Basically my chipset (Brooktree Bt848) isn't supported yet, and that's what's causing the capture problem.
