Hi,
I have a problem in Windows 2000 with the latest beta. When Snapstream starts recording and loads the profile (successfully) the application SSW.EXE terminates with an error. Any suggestions?
Best, M.

Can you give us a little more detail about the problem you're encountering. What exact error message are you seeing, and when are you seeing it (immediately when recording begins, after a while, etc.)? If you can supply us with information about what capture card, operating system, etc. you are using, that will also be helpful. The more details we have to work with, the more quickly we can solve the problem. Thanks,
Frank Garcia

Hello,
well I think I solved the problem now.
I am using Windows 2k and a Haupauge WinTV card.
I got an error when Snapstream had loaded the recording profile correctly (seen in the activity log). After that I got an error message from windows that SSW.EXE produced an error and Snapstream terminated. There wasnīt more.
To solve this problem I first deinstalled Snapstream. Then I reinstalled it. Same error. After that I removed it again and deleted all files in the Snapstream directory, too. After reinstallation everything worked fine.
I remember that I tried to use custom profiles a few days ago - I didnīt manage
to use them http://discuss.snapstream.com/ubb/wink.gif. Perhaps that caused the problem ....
Best, M.
