I have an ati allinwonder pro.
When i click on configure nothing is launched i cant have acces to anything
what can i do?

There is a known issue when running our current software under Windows 2000 where the tray icon's context menu doesn't launch Internet Explorer.

Unless I'm mistaken, you should be able to get around this problem either by using the "Connect to local SnapStream PVS" link in the Start Menu or just by browsing to http://localhost:8129/

Word around the office is that this is a Microsoft issue, but whatever the cause, I'm betting we'll have a fix in the software fairly soon, although I don't have any definitive word on that yet. As always, keep an eye on the website and the discussion forums for updates.
