I've got an ATI TV Wonder card and it seems to record fine except for the lack of sound.
Sound works fine if I use WebTV or the ATI software (and works fine for all other uses) -- I've set the Line In recording option up and everything but still no sound --
Any other suggestions?

I have the same problem and have tried every setting possible. I just downloaded today the Windows Media materials and they did not make a difference.
Please help us snapstream, because this seems like a great piece of software.

I'll chime in here as well. I've got the same issue with AIW 128 card. I hope they can address this soon. I can do sound with windows media encoder as a standalone, just not running through snapstream.

I also have an AIW 128. I do have sound working on my system (recording with ATI's and with Media Encoder by itself), but SnapStream crashes on me when I try to record anything.
When setting up the Media Encoder profile, I was able to go into the video source configuration dialog and it had a combo box where I could select the sound source (Line-in, CD, Aux, etc). In my case, I'm using the internal connector and I have it connected to the SB Live Auxiliar.
Can you record sound when using ATI's TV player?

Which Drivers are you using? The default drivers or the drivers mention on the "How to make TV Wonder Web TV compliant"?
