I guess the first thing to do is get a tv tuner card? i have a 32mb nvidia geforce4xagp

do i replace this with the tv card??

probably a stupid ? but i am new to this.

In the vast majority of cases you would simply add TV tuner card to your system, not replace your existing 2d/3d video accelerator.

This may be obvious, but you'll need a free PCI slot. Also, be aware that most TV tuner cards really work your processor when they are in use!
