Could not load ASD

Hi I have been using snapstream off and
on. I am using win2K and it worked fine
for awile. Now it does this:

[9/5/2000 00:00:00] Record: Executing "News Radio"...
[9/5/2000 00:00:00] Tuning to channel 44 (651250000 Hz).
[9/5/2000 00:00:01] Record: Created the WME object successfully.
[9/5/2000 00:00:01] Record: Could not load ASD (C:\ss\asd\05-140K-TV.asd), abort
ing...
[9/5/2000 00:00:01] Record: Release returned 0.
[9/5/2000 00:00:02] Master: LISTEN encountered a problem recording "News Radio".

This happened before and I installed SP1 into win2k and then it worked again.

I get the same error under win98se

I was also wondering if the Miro/Pinnacle Pctv was supported or not ... it's listed on the configuration panel but marqued as not supported on the web site

We initially did some development under Win2k with the Studio PCTV under Win2k with the NT 4.0 drivers released by the UK/European division of Miro/Pinnacle. However, these drivers are now outdated and Pinnacle USA has been uncooperative in giving us developer assistance, so we cannot provide Miro/Pinnacle Studio PC/TV support as of yet.

If you would like to get your card supported, it would help a lot for you to contact Pinnacle systems and ask for them to provide us with the information we need.
