Once you start the application back up, does the show appear as recorded in the watch list?

Try re-downloading the beta2 version of the SnapStream PVS from our website and installing it. You may have downloaded an in-between version. Beta2 should eliminate the problem you are encountering.

Give us some feedback once you've installed the latest version from the site and we'll take the next step.

Well, we've been fighting this bug all day. We thought we had fixed it beforehand, but as it turns out, the bug is intermittent and depends on a combination of different factors.

Near as I can tell, the compiler is introducing some sort of bug that's causing the app to crash just after a recording finishes. We've tried doing things a little differently in the code to work around this, so watch the boards and we'll post when the updated version goes up (which I expect to be within a couple of days).

Download the latest version of the SnapStream PVS freeware and you should find that it is running more stably now. You'll find the latest version at:
