TrackerClient: Connect failed.

I downloaded and installed snapstream on my w98 SE Pentium 3 320 meg with aiw 128. When I click on configure the Netscape web browser session is created and looking for a web page on http://localhost:8129/configure.htm (I may have a mistake on the url). The web page never resolves. Can the error at the bottom of this activity log be to blame? Is so what is causing the error.

the latest version of PVS should solve the problem that you had. the only problem is that it messed up a lot of other people.
