Hi,
I'm using a Hauppauge WinTV USB.
I have WinTV working properly with WinTV2000
and WinTV32.
SnapStream seems to be working correctly
in terms of starting and stopping recordings.
I am using the DirectShow Capture and Tuning
settings. SnapStream is able to tune the
WinTV... However, I'm not getting any
reception for most channels when I use
the "channels.dat" file available on this
site. I'm not sure why? If I randomly nudge
the frequencies up or down (by a few 1000),
I can almost receive one of the channels
properly... (I can record the snowy, B&W
image wth sound using SnapStream...)
Is there anyway I can scan for the correct
frequencies easily? Or is there something
wrong with my set up?? (WinTV2000 is getting
very clear reception... so it probably is
my settings in SnapStream?)
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
Kevin
