FireFly with RF Keyboard

This may be a dumb question..

I have the FireFly Remote and I'm looking for a wireless keyboard. It would be nice if the RF Keyboard I got could use the same receiver as the FireFly.

Is this possible?

If I went IR can any IR keyboard work with *any* IR receiver?

As far as I know the receiver that came with firefly will only work with firefly unless you plan on doing some major investigating and probably some programming of some sort.

With girder I think you can use pretty much any ir device with any ir receiver if you ‘teach’ it properly.
