Has this ini keyword been added to the last PVS version?

Yes, it has. PVS defaults to selecting a TV tuner input by default for WDM capture devices if it can. If you wish to override this behavior, the inputs on your capture card correspond to certain indexes and can be forced to use by changing this setting to the appropriate index. This might be desirable, for example, if you are piping a satellite connection in through your capture card and want to record from the composite or s-video in, not the tuner.
