Connection Refused - non-critical

I have PVS autostart in the system tray. When I double-click the icon in the tray, the explorer window that opens up says 'Connection Refused'. It works OK if I go to the Snapstream program menu and select "Snapstream PVS Main Menu'.

can you send us an e-mail with your system details? the problem here is that http://127.0.0.1:8129/ doesn't work on some systems and http://localhost:8129/ doesn't work on others. we're trying to understand this issue better and come up with a solution. you can send that message to development@snapstream.com
