Can only record channel 4. (AIW128pro)

I've got Snapstream working a treat, (Full version, beta3d, W2k, AIW128Pro) EXCEPT.... it will only record channel 4. The ATI TV utility works fine on all channels.

I'm getting bored with just channel 4 - any hints on what's wrong ????

BTW, it's a cable TV signal, if that helps.

I believe the ATI drivers under Win2K are WDM drivers. We use the VFW capture model so tuning the card is not possible with this card under Win2K...and WDM drivers reset the channel to 4 every time, so it's difficult to tune externally.

We do hope to have WDM drivers supported soon.

Any idea when this will be - I BOUGHT the full version of SnapStream, and also BOUGHT a new video card which was supposed to be supported already... http://discuss.snapstream.com/ubb/frown.gif

My sincere apologies for the confusion. We are in fact directly working on WDM support at this moment under DirectX 8. I don't want to promise too much, but we're shooting to have something functional for the next beta release.
