I inserted the firefly CD (v1.2 -- Aug 04) and followed the instructions. The installation appeared ok until I got to the screen that says to plug-in the receiver into the USB port.
When I plugged in the device, nothing happened. I tried several USB ports and nothing happened. I checked the device manager and noticed under the USB section that windows did not recognize the device. The USB ports work for other devices and when the receiver is plugged in, the red light is on.
Do I just have a bad receiver?
Ideas / suggestions?
