Disable close and maximise buttons in BTV / BM

I have a problem in that my wife or children will often accidentally close BTV or drop out of full screen using the two topmost buttons on the firefly which causes confusion and telephone calls to me at work!

Is there an easy way to disable these two buttons just within BTV and BM but leave them running for other apps?

Any help much appreciated.

I would modify the profiles for each app and remove the 2 buttons...

Should work like a charm!
