I had used an X10 Remote for a long time and was disapointed when when BTV didnt support it anymore. I purchased a FireFly and its nice but I cant control the tv and reciever like I could with the IR of the X10.
I noticed that the FireFly reciever loads X10 Drivers so I though I might try my x10 remote and it didnt respond but then I tryed unpluging the USB Firefly reciever and plugging in the Serial X10 reciver (FireCracker) and sure enough it worked as long as the firefly program was running. Beyond Media and TV resonded to the buttons on my x10 Remote as if it were the firefly remote. but only the navigation buttons worked (Up, Down, left, right)
Is there a way to map the other buttons so the firefly program recognise the rest of the buttons?

No. But you should try the other buttons crefully. Some buttons may say something random but really map to enter or escape or the volume controls, so it's worth some experimentation.
