Hi everyone,
Is there an API (or just basic instructions) for lowlevel access to the remote? Not that I don't want to use the software, I just like to tinker with these things. I was hoping to make a Meedio plugin.

This should help you out.

Cool stuff!
I tried a build with DevStuio 6, and apparently there are some additional elements referenced:
source\stdafx.h(38) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open type library file: '..\..\drop\x10net.dll': No such file or directory
I downloaded the ActiveHome X10 SDK from http://www.x10.com/activehomepro/sdk/index.html
Also had to add include for commctrl.h to EventView.cpp, and comctl32.lib to linker input list.
Mostly wanted to complete the build to build the browser database.

x10net.dll comes with your copy of Firefly. FYI.

The EventView app is certainly helpful.
I've used it to see that the firefly commands come in essentially instantaneously.
Hoever, (at least when using FireFly to control MCE), there's a significant delay between when the command comes in and when it gets sent to MCE (as seen using SpyXX on MCE).
I'm left wondering if this delay is part of the design and, if so, if it's configurable.
It's difficult to scroll through 80+ channels if each line takes 1-3 seconds.
