I just recieved my FireFly version 1.2 and I start the install and when copying it will just freeze as it is installing the software. Windows XP SP2
Any Ideas?

I was able to delete the Install Folder and it installed fie after that.

I am having a similar problem. Where do I find the "Install" folder?

I think he's talking about this folder:
C:\Program Files\SnapStream Media\Installers

Though I'm not 100%

I have successfully installed Firefly 1.2.

I noticed that some files were copied to the installer subdirectory even though the install seemed to have stalled. After using Task Manager to stop the install task, I double clicked on the FF_INSTALLER.exe program and the install took off.

Firefly is back in business and I'm happy. :smile:
