Any idea when you will have some level of integration with a tv listings service. I look forward to the day of being able to look up my listings and click on the one(s) I want to record.
This is coming in our next release 1.6 which should be out in mid-october... We should begin some testing on this real soon in-house...

I can barely wait! Ah, for the love of laziness! (also, I hope that silliness about too much text in the show description will be fixed in 1.6 too)
Yes, that long description has been fixed.

Is 1.6, with the Guide, going to be available for Win2K? Or will it be available only for WinXP? Your site talks about new features available for XP, but not for everyone else?

I don't know if this is the right forum, but here goes. I live in BC Canada, and have an RCA television with Shaw Cable service. Recently, (within the last 2 weeks) the channels have been moved around, and new channels have been added. My Guide Plus+ has not kept up with these changes, and sometimes for certain channels (TNN is the worst), has no programming listing at all, or is completely wrong. Where can I go to complain and get this fixed? Is it the cable company or maybe a local office or what?? Right now, the guide plus is completely useless for me. What can I do??
Please help anybody??

Guide plus is a service from GemStart which gets it's listings from TV Guide. (There is a link from the tvguide page) If your cable operator switched channels then I'm sure in a few weeks the schduel on TVGuide will change soon too. It just might take a couple of weeks. For weeks my Guide+ TV Showed the wrong channels all of a sudden. I didn't know why until the local cable operator actually switched the channels.
