Happage WinTv, win2k reboots system

During my first 1 or two attempts to record a program the computer reboots. but after these reboots everything works fine.
Any solutions, suggestions?

so everything is fine now or do you still encounter a problem where the system reboots?

regarding the reboots that are/were happening: precisely when do they happen? can you trace them to a specific event?
