BTV Crashes + No Support

I requested email support 1 week ago but have not had a response.

1) BTV crashes when exiting live TV in full screen.
2) BTV crashes if using 3D acceleration.
3) BTV crashes if timeshifting.

BTV has great functionality but unstable with ATI.

While I realize ATI maybe a moving target for BTV, I cannot find any documentation on tested driver versions.

Any help would be appreciated.

2x2Ghz Xeon, 1GB mem
Windows 2000, Dx9.0b, ATI 8500DV w/ Catalyst 4.4
