DivX plugin download if you own 3.4

How do I get DivX running if I just bought v3.4? The plugin download page tells me my product code is not good for downloading the plugin.

For those of you who purchased Beyond TV 3 prior to the version 3.4.4 release, basically those who purchased Beyond TV 3 on or before March 25th, your free DivX plug-in is now available.
