View Full Version : New Trial Installation will not download data

Hi,

I installed BeyondTV yesterday as a trial and it will not download the program guide or do anything that requires the setup of SnapStream.NET. During the install I was never asked about zip codes or Cable service. I am not sure if you guys even ask about such stuff during setup.

I have included the log so you might be able to figure out what is going on here.

Here is a snippet from the log:

Try rerunning the setup wizard, that is where it should ask you if you want to sign up for a snapstream.net account.

you need to contact technical support there is an issue on your system where one of the windows components are out of date, or a registry problem that prevented beyondtv from properly generating a trial cdkey.
