While minding my own business on my computer, BeyondTV 3.4 (Build 1334) was recording a show in the background.
Suddenly I got spooked by the Windows Alert noise (my speakers were up too loud), and the following message on the screen:

The program recording was not interrupted, and no artifacts appear in the recording. What would cause this, and how do I go about fixing it (assuming it needs to be fixed) ?
