if the last few updates are any guide, 3.5 will introduce a few more bugs. I'm not exactly holding my breath.

Just this week alone I have spent more than 14 hours installing, uninstalling, tweaking, fixing BTV.

Just this week alone I have spent more than 14 hours installing, uninstalling, tweaking, fixing BTV.This is the exact reason so much effort is being put in 3.5. The entire underlying code is being retooled (everything from a new guide database to tuner setups) and is so far shaping up real well.

That's great news! I really like my BTV, and I have recommended it to numerous friends and coworkers. It's -jJust that the last few weeks' experience has been horrible.

I really hope I'm wrong about new bugs in 3.5
:D

A little off-topic, but I wanted to participate in the beta testing for BTV and beyond media. I did sign-up for the beta forum. The last time I checked the forum, it said beta testing is closed. How do I get involved?

I'm not Brett but, I can answer this for the most part. 3.5 is in a closed Beta right now and it should not be too much longer, of coarse you never know, before they go to the open Beta. At that point you should be able to get in.
