Questions about streaming for Pocket PC's

I'd like to set up my PVS recordings for streaming to a pocket PC. I haven't yet bought the pocket PC yet. I'd like to know how well (if at all) the streaming is using 802.11b wireless to a pocket pc and what is the hardware requirements of the Pocket PC for good video, full 320x240 resolution, and close to no frames dropped.

Also, which res/quality/codec is recommended for viewing on the Pocket PC?

I was looking at either the Toshiba e750/e755 with wifi or the Dell Axim with wifi expansion, both at 400MHz CPU's. Will the 300MHz versions work?

I really enjoy using PVS and would like to add this capability if possible.

Thanks,
Alex
