Re: Warehouse 13

Actually I thought it was pretty much like the TNT movie series "The Librarian", starring Noah Wyle. Very similar except that in the Librarian Noah did not have a permanent sidekick.

Synopsis:

Noah Wyle (of TV's "ER") stars as Flynn Carson, a brilliant student who, although he'd prefer to stay in college and add on to his 22 degrees, is finally forced to get a job. Landing a position at a library that secretly houses some of the greatest treasures of history, Flynn is soon hurled into a madcap adventure when one of the priceless relics, the Spear of Destiny, is pilfered from the library's vaults.

I believe there were three of the "Librarian" movies made. In "Warehouse 13" it seems like all they did was give the lead guy a sidekick, and move the huge storage of antiquities from the gigantic hidden section of a library to a warehouse out in the bushes.

The "concept" IMHO was identical. I enjoyed "Warehouse 13" never-the-less. I wasn't wowed, but then I didn't fall asleep watching it.

Off topic - I was happy to see Eureka come back.
