picture being "split" into multiple screens
Hi, we're new to Beyond TV, when watching TV, the screen is split, with multiple images displayed. (It's like watching a picture through a kaliedescope. The issue is not resolved by changing the display settings in the software. Hauppauge says that if we can view it ok in the Arcsoft viewer, it's not a hardware issue. Anyone have experience with this?
