I don't have any firewall except the standard Windows firewall. On that, I opened a port to 8129, even though this shouldn't be necessary.
I can pull up the BTV Web Admin just fine via Firefox or IE 7.
When I add a feed, the Title says "Error with feed" and the Description says "Configuration system failed to initialize"
