Is there an under $50 video card that you guys recommend for HDTV with BeyondTV? I was using a Radeon 7000, however that caused a lot of stuttering and such.

I was looking at the card at the link above.
My computer is an Athlon XP 2700+, 768MB RAM, 300GB and 160GB hard drives. The HDTV capture card is a Happauge HVR-1600.
