Unzip and put them in the following directory.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Beyond TV\tuner\UUIRT_Remotes
However, they are for the USB-UIRT. You can try using them but I don't know if they will work or not. Please report back if they do work.
