Not if you don't have one of their remote receivers. You are using an IR receiver that came with the Fusion? If that's the case then the customization would have to be done in the software that receives the IR commands on the PC. I'm not sure if the Fusion IR software supports that or not. You could try one of their support boards and see what customization is available.

I know that people use the USB-UIRT in conjunction with Girder and whatever remote that you want it to use (it is a generic IR sender/receiver and not fixed to a particular remote frequency). Girder allows you to make any button do just about anything that you want...the programming language behind it is quite sophisticated.
