actually, you guys have the terminology backwards. going fullscreen in ie with f11 is not called kiosk mode, it's just called fullscreen. kiosk mode is when the taskbar and ie navigation is completely locked out (like Dan's html) so the user must rely on the interface of the html to navigate. that's why it's called "kiosk" mode, because it's safer in the public setting a kiosk would usually occupy. i used to write kiosk interfaces a few years back for just this purpose.
