I played with RatDVD some time ago. I really liked the amount of compression and the excellent quality. I have a few DVDs on my HTPC storage drive that were "Ratified".

I haven't kept up with it lately. Have they worked out the navigation problems and the long rendering times? I went away from it mostly because it took so long to render.
