News about Snapstream

I troll the web quite a bit looking for information on HTPC, PVR and especially Snapstream information. Today, I ran across some news that I obviously missed and haven't seen on this forum so I'll share with all of you in case you missed it:
According to Techblog, Richard Kuo (rkuo on this forum) who was Snapstream's co-founder and chief technical officer left Snapstream two weeks ago and now works for Google!!!! Rakesh Agrawal, the other co-founder confirmed this on that blog. I'm wondering if Rakesh could let us know what this means to the company. There will obviously be rumors of Google etc. until those are quashed (unless there is something there) so I welcome Rakesh's input on this. I would guess this has something to do with Rakesh being much more active on this forum, the SS blog and many HTPC-related sites on the web. In the past several weeks, I've noticed some changes such as the forums being more open as well.

Also in the story was this interesting tidbit:

Also, for Houston Residents, SnapStream needs a few people to help out by taking a look at their Beyond TV software in-house at their Houston office. It's easy, and will only take a few hours out of your day. Participants will be asked to install and use the software, then provide feedback. In return, you will get to keep a copy of their software products and enough hardware to setup a Home PVR.

If you are interested in this program, please email development@snapstream.com to schedule a time to come in.

Interesting to say the least. I don't live near Houston, but if you do this could be fun I can't believe I missed this before as it was posted on August 23rd last week!
