I use the Actisys200L/HeRemote setup with BTV v4.3 and it works fine.

Although, Beyond TV now supports IR blasters natively without the use of software like HeRemote. This option has been available since BTV release 3.5 I think. The only reason I still use HeRemote is because I set it up way back when with BTV v3.3 and have been to lazy to change it.

I would try and rerun the Beyond TV setup wizard first. Specify your IR blaster and try and train it.

If you unable to get it to work and still want to try HeRemote do the following:

You have to train your Dish remote to the Actisys200L using HeRemote first. Instructions on HeRemote's website.

Once trained and tested follow these steps:
1)Copy the HERemoteTuner.dll from the HE Remote directory to the:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Beyond TV\tuner directory.

2)Restart SnapStream so it looks in the tuner directory and finds the HERemoteTuner.dll.

3)Then go to SnapStream's Web Admin page and click the 'Settings' link.

4)Click the 'Audio and Video Inputs' link

5)Click then 'Edit Settings' link on your tuner.

6)In the External Tuning Interface section select the 'HE Remote Tuner' from the drop down list.

Now change channels in Beyond TV and the Actisys200L should change the channel on your Dish box.
