I am now experiencing this problem. I have disabled system restore on the specific drives and I have also made a folder in the root. No go. I have multiple nested folders, so not using the recursive option is not effective for me. In the previous versions of BTV, this problem didn't occur (i.e. if I added a new folder, all of the files in it were added to my library). What changed, and does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?
