Attached mine ; please bear in mind it is a work in progress so may need some finalisation/tweaking to suit - but it has a lot of the basic framework in place.

Key points;
1/ supports firefly on channel #1; to change the id you will need to edit the event ids in the firefly command group (only)

2/ Supports many htpc apps;
meedio, BM, BTV, zoomplayer, powerdvd being the key ones. BM/meedio may not be complete as I've not settled on my final choice yet and haven't fully configured the groups

3/ Remote event id's are abstracted from the program command/key presses. Extra input devices can be added or others removed without redoing all the programs

4/ You will need TaskSwitch and TaskCreate plugins enabled

5/ You will need firefly's girder plugin and girder 3.3.1c (I think )

I don't mind answering questions , but I mainly throw this out to help folks find their way around how to manage multiple apps with girder and expect it will be edited.
