1) Install BTV 3.5 - done
2) Grab XMLTV data - done
3) Install XMLTV Importer and import your XMLTV data into BTV - done (pic 1)
4) Configure BTV to use the new lineups imported - how do i do that? i guess like shown in the pic, the channels over ther are the channels i grabed and imported.
5) Install the Web guide (after installing IIS through Add/Remove Programs - Add/Remove Windows Components in Control Panel). - done


the directory "guide" does exist as you said.

to find out the comp name i clicked properties on "my computer" and "computer name, i guess that is the right way.
