You have to disable the use of Snapstream.Net, in Web Admin ( http://localhost:8129), choose "Setting" then "Snapstream.Net Settings" and choose "Disable" for "Allow Automatic Updates".

Edit : the "Program Guide" link in Web Admin direct you by default to Snapstream.net, you must install a web based program guide like mine and configure BTV to use this program guide instead (also in Setting / Snapstream.Net settings).
