You da man! I was searching the forums looking for any new tips that might help with the constant stuttering that occurs with my setup. WinTV 250, ATI 9800 Pro P4 2.8, 80 Gig hard drive.
I thought, what the heck, I'll install the sage trial. After installing and configuring, I wasn't really impressed with the Sage picture, it was sort of "Motion picturish" on my news channels if you know what I mean. But on BTV, the stuttering has stopped! The picture is very clear.
But mostly to get rid of the "trails" every time someone is running or raises a hand makes this process worthwile.
Not sure what they've done to tweak the settings though...
