Missing premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc)?

Hi Everyone,

I just installed the trial version of Snapstream, and I'm having a little trouble with my channel listings.

I live in Zip 90048, and subscribe to Comcast - Hollywood - Digital (Premium).

The odd thing about my cable provider is that they have HBO, MAX, TMC, SHOW, ENCR on channels 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, respectively. I can only assume that these channels exist for analog cable subscribers, because I, as a digital subscriber, am not allowed to view those channels.

Instead, I get extended HBO, Showtime, etc, channels on various channels from 301 to 384.

In the past, I've used Windows Media Center Edition 2004, Titan TV, and TVGuide for my channel listings, and the extended premium channels on 301 to 384 have always shown up. However, with Snapstream, they do not.

When I was setting up my TV source, I was sure to select "Comcast - Hollywood - Digital - PREMIUM", as opposed to basic or extended basic.

Anybody have any idea why Snapstream's channel listings are different for my local provider then any of the above mentioned services? Is this something that Snapstream (or SS's listing provider) needs to fix, or is there something I can do to fix this? Maybe a clever work around or hack?

Thanks!
